The
Elijah Conference was created with the purpose of teaching Christian musicians
the skills they need to become to more effective communicators and ministers
of the gospel. The curriculum
will cover topics such as writing segues for transitions between songs,
proper use of church humor, blocking and use of equipment on the stage,
using scripture to make songs more impacting, programming song sets for
various time slots, proper modest dress for music ministry, and other
areas. Managerial seminars will include vital information how to record
a CD, how to get radio airplay, scheduling of concerts, songwriting,
utilizing sound technology and other information necessary to enhance
and improve the student’s ability to witness for Christ and bring
souls into His kingdom.
This page gives you the opportunity to contribute to a scholoarship for a person who has been called to the Christian music ministry. You may direct the gift
to a specific individual or allow us to award the scholarship. By
giving a full or partial scholarship, you will be helping give a student
the tools they need to be a more effective minister. You may fill
out this online form or download a form for mailing. Mail checks to the
Elijah Conference, P.O. Box 41246, Nashville, TN 37204. All
gifts will be tax-deductible for income tax purposes. Thank you
in advance for your generous contribution.

The Elijah Conference proved to be more than expected and knowing Allison and Brian Speer, great things were expected! Communication of the Gospel is our goal and we learned so many valuable lessons that define the difference between great attempts and pure GOLD. I encourage anyone who takes the time and makes the effort to spread the Gospel in song to make yourself vulnerable to the direction that will give you the results you desire. Make your time on stage count for God. The Elijah Conference will help you be and do your best.
